Representing Federal Workers

If you work for the federal government and have been injured on the job, talk to a labor and employment law lawyer. Issues pertaining to job-related injuries sustained by federal workers are governed by the Federal Employee Compensation Act (FECA).

We can answer questions like:

  • Whom should I first notify if I get injured on the job?
  • What kind of claim should I file and are there special forms?
  • If I got emergency treatment after getting injured, what do I do next?
  • If I’m temporarily unable to return to work after an injury, to whom do I talk?
  • What information do I need to support a compensation claim?

Our representation also includes appearances before the appropriate boards and commissions on our clients’ behalf, such as the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EOEC).

Representing Military Clients Facing Courts Martial

We have experience working with the Army Board for the Correction of Military Records (ABCMR), which is responsible for correcting errors and rectifying injustices in military records. We also represent soldiers facing investigation for possible misconduct.
