The Special Circumstances of Military Divorce
A military divorce is a divorce in which one or both of the partners is in the military, whether active, in the reserves or retired. Military couples have to undergo the same procedures civilians go through when filing for a divorce, plus additional steps involving military retirement, whether or not the client is deployable, and geographical separation.
